I took these photos last year in Portland at the
International Rose Test Garden. I decided to post them again because the rainy
season has started out here in Oregon. The sun didn't stay out very long this summer.
I hope we don't have a completely wet fall.
I posted the roses because I have to remember that rain
brings beauty. People ask me what it's like to live out here. I always say it’s,
"Grey in the Sky but Green on the Ground." I should put a patent on
this phrase since I came up with it, it's a perfect description.
